Why Sister Buds?

Because we believe in florists helping florists.

We may have different styles, businesses and creative voices, but we are all sisters in this industry. We are all here to support one another, share what we know, and hopefully make the path a little easier for the next florist.

Sister Buds is one small tool toward that goal — designed to support florists, lighten the business load and simplify the work behind the scenes. Greater efficiency means a more profitable business — and more room to create.

Design Philosophy

Inviting enough to enjoy using.
Intuitive enough to self-navigate.
Powerful enough to run the business.
Flexible enough to adapt to your needs.
Human enough to keep the artistry yours.

Inviting. Powerful. Flexible. Human.

The Production Schedule turns finished designs into a build order for the week of the event — which pieces to make each day, prep and processing timing, cooler space, and delivery loadout. It reads from the pieces you design and the flowers you order, so it's most useful once those are further along.

Design

Design every floral piece for this event. Each design holds its flowers, recipe, recipe cost, and notes.

Flowers & Greenery

Choose what goes into this piece — the Recipe and Recipe Cost are generated from these selections

Vessels & Structures

Vases, urns, stands, and other physical structures this piece needs

Mechanics & Supplies

Oasis, chicken wire, ribbon, tape, wire, picks — the supplies that build this piece, each with a cost

Receipts & Photos

Photos

The permanent visual record for this piece — click a photo's star to make it the cover

Upload Photos — drag & drop, or click to browse

This is the creative workspace — choose your flowers, set the palette, and capture how the piece should look and feel. Recipe Cost above updates live as you design. Final costs and client pricing are settled in Financials once flowers are ordered; the clean production sheet is generated in the Recipe tab.

Nothing is added until you click Approve Import — review every uncertain match first.

This is the crew sheet as it will print. Press Escape or “Back to schedule” to keep editing.

Both are free for commercial use. Fetches once when you click a result, then it's a normal local photo from then on — nothing here runs in the background.
